Seit Anfang der 2000er wurde das Internet zur zentralen Informationsquelle für Jugendliche.
Die Geschichte der Sexualkunde ist ein perfekter Spiegel der großen Veränderungen, die sich in den letzten hundert Jahren in der Gesellschaft vollzogen haben. Die Dokumentation beleuchtet unsere sich stetig wandelnden Einstellungen zu Beziehungen und Sexualität und blickt mit Sexualaufklärer:innen von heute auf das Spannungsfeld der Sexualkunde.
Let's talk about sex! A century of sex education
Scandalous, revealing, political and always highly contentious: This two-part documentary takes a journey through 100 years of sex education. The first pioneers went to prison for sex education. By the 1960s, young people began to secretly read teen magazines like “Bravo” and go to the barricades with the hippies. Since the early 2000s, the internet has become the main source of information for teenagers.
The history of sex education is a perfect reflection of the major changes that have occurred in society over the last hundred years. The documentary sheds light on our constantly changing attitudes towards relationships and sexuality and looks at the contentious issue of sex education with today's sex educators.
