Der Film ist ein Gedicht. Der Titel ist Türkisch, weil viele Bilder aus Istanbul stammen. Auf Deutsch heißt er ‹Karussell›. Die Bilder drehen sich. Es sind Filmschleifen und Fotopanoramen, handcoloriert oder farbig gefiltert. Auch die Musik dreht sich im Kreis. Die, die von Mercan Dede stammt, ist beeinflusst von Rhythmen der tanzenden Derwische. Wolfgang in der Wiesche hat daraus, aus Originaltönen und eigenen Loops eine Tonspur gestaltet, die dem Collagencharakter der Bilder entspricht. So entsteht ein Sog, der die Zuschauer auf eine Reise mitnimmt.

Based on original sounds and his own loops, Wolfgang in der Wiesche succeeded in creating a sound track to match the collage character of the pictures. The result is a whirlwind that sweeps away the audience onto a magic journey.
