Das Team begleitete das Projekt, deren Proben und die Auftritte im Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin, im Rahmen des World Festival of Sacred Music. Das Festival wurde vom Dalai Lama initiiert und vom Tibet House, seinem Kulturzentrum in Neu Delhi, betreut. Die Dokumentation ermöglicht eine intensive Betrachtung der traditionellen buddhistischen Rituale. Es wird eine Offenheit deutlich, die selbst diese uralten Rituale mit modernen Vorstellungen westlicher Kunst harmonisch zu Einem verbindet.

The team accompanied the project, including rehearsals and appearances in “The House of World Cultures”, Berlin, within the framework of the World Festival of Sacred Music. The festival was initiated by Dalai Lama and supervised by the Tibet House, his cultural centre in New Delhi. The documentary provides a deep insight into traditional Buddhist rituals. An openness becomes clearly apparent, which itself harmoniously connects these ancient rituals with modern concepts of western art to form a unity. “A SPECIAL GET-TOGETHER” - the title constitutes the programme.
